Grand Rebbe Joel Teitelbaum
One of our greatest Rabbis, Satmar
Grand Rebbe Joel Teitelbaum, zt’l*, is a frequent topic of emails
and questions to True Torah Jews. Some website visitors want
to know more about this great leader and others write to oppose his
teachings, saying that he is only important to the Satmar Orthodox
Jewish community.
This coming
week marks the annual celebration of the rescue of Rabbi Teitelbaum
from the German concentration camp of Bergen-Belsen. In honor
of the coming celebration and to commemorate the memory of this
great Rabbi, we have posted new articles on the
JewsAgainstZionism.com
website:
WITH RABBI
TEITELBAUM IN BERGEN-BELSEN
Another article, written by a
Hungarian writer, Dr. Ferenz Kennedy, who, although not an observing
Jew, was together with the rabbi in the famous train of Jewish
Hungarian personalities who by virtue of Kastner’s bribery were
taken to an internment camp in Bergen-Belsen, and then later from
there was saved by being taken to Switzerland has been added to our
website.

We have obtained a copy of an
article published by Time Magazine in August 1969, following the
visit of Grand Rebbe Teitelbaum to the Holy Land. In his
article, the writer, not of the Satmar Orthodox Jewish community,
calls Rabbi Teitelbaum “the King of the Rabbis”.

*zt’l translates to “may his name
