At The Conference on Anti-Semitism of The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, April 28, 2004, Secretary of State Colin Powell addressed the members of the conference on world-wide anti-Semitism.

Secretary of State Powell is a true friend of religious Jews and we applaud his courage to state the facts and his recognition that criticism of the so called “state” of Israel is not anti-Semitism. We support Mr. Powell’s position and pray for his continued courage and success.
