True Torah Jews Criticizes Edgar Bronfman, President of
World Jewish Congress
Feb. 10, 2004 (Brooklyn, NY) - A representative of True
Torah Jews condemns the statement by Edgar Bronfman, President
of the New York-based World Jewish Congress. Mr. Bronfman
accused Mr. Romano Prodi, President of the European Union
Commission of "intellectual dishonesty and moral treachery" in
handling anti-Semitism. (Associated Press, Feb. 9. 2004)
The President of the European Union Commission, Mr. Romano
Prodi, proposed a conference on February 19, 2004 at the
Commission's Charlemagne building in Brussels to address the
common concern about prejudice and intolerance in Europe.
“Mr. Prodi was vilified by some Israel supporters such as
the president of the World Jewish Congress for ignoring
anti-Semitism in Europe, even though a number of the
participants at the planned conference themselves are
supporters of the State of Israel,” said a representative for
True Torah Jews.
As discussed and documented throughout our website,
representatives of the Zionist movement and the Zionist State
of Israel continue sounding the alarm of hysteria about
anti-Semitism in Europe to promote immigration at the very
same time they know perfectly well that antipathy towards Jews
is directly attributable to the conduct of the Zionist regime
and their aggressive behavior.
“The Zionists seek to divert attention from this reality,
and instead attempt to blame everyone else but themselves and
the Zionist state for this phenomenon,” said the
Representative.
As Jews who are faithful to the principles of our eternal
religion, we appeal to the honorable leaders of the European
Union, the European Commission and people of good will
everywhere to see through the diversionary tactics of the
Zionist spokesmen and politicians who falsely claim to
represent the Jewish People and religion in their actions of
incitement.
Judaism seeks only peace and harmony between Jews and
non-Jews living in their native countries. We proudly proclaim
that true peace and brotherhood will only be possible through
understanding the difference between Zionism and true Judaism.
