Rabbi Schlesinger was born in the year of 5620, to his
father, Rabbi Mordechai Schlesinger, the Grand Rabbi of
Kirchberg, Austria.
Rabbi Schlesinger was a student of the great Yeshiva of
Preshburg, under the Famous Rosh Yeshiva, the K'Sav Sofer, son
of the Holy Chasam. When the Zionist movement was founded, and
Zionists tried influencing all of Jewry to immigrate to Israel
because of the Mitzva of Yishuv Eretz Yisroel, (commandment in
Torah to settle in Israel), Rabbis Schlesinger understood that
this wasn't their true intention.
Rabbi Schlesinger actively sought to spread the word
and let everyone know about the terrible effect the Zionist
movement will have on the Jews. He sent letters to all
Rabbonim in Hungary, begging them to teach the world about the
Mitzvah of settling in Israel. That the Mitzvah isn't for
everyone, only if it's done for the sake of Hashem, or for the
people that live there already, they shouldn't settle
elsewhere.
This book, written in Hebrew, tells the truth about
Zionism. |
